I searched and found a few different answers, such as sickle cell anemia, hemochromatosis, thalassemia. I think the answer is, sickle cell anemia, but could not be sure. So here I ask.

It also depends on where you are looking for ... There are identified over 1000 genetic diseases ... 10-15 are more likely than any other ... together, most of them are very rare.
Sickle cell anemia is widespread, but in reality only African American / Black ... least common among other races. In the United States (according to a site), cystic fibrosis, the most common (5% of the population is infected), another UK website said it was the most common hereditary hyperlipidemia. Another site for Europe that was the most common genetic disorder for the entire European continent, a genetic liver disease resulting in iron overload.
However, another site that simply lists the 12 most frequently () in no particular order, have been found:
