I've always used for my hair cut / color in the salons day spas, but I want to go a little cheaper now. I want my hair cut and highlighted, but I'm a little nervous going here ... Has it ever is for the hair? What do you think?

I used to work for JCPenney Salon is like any other show. Everything depends on the designer who actually received.
